Also, did you know that we offer an optional toll-free phone support if you need it? Although most people don't require it, the cost is only $19.95 an hour and it will get you 'up to speed' rapidly if you feel a bit uncomfortable using it for the first time. A technical support representative will then 'walk you through' the steps to help you build your site for the first time.

Question: Just how easy is Online Site Builder to use? I've never done this before and I don't have a clue where to start.

Online Site Builder is the easiest-to-use Web design tool there is. It was specifically designed to be used by anybody that has no previous experience in designing a Web site, and for people that have absolutely no programming skills. Question: I've used the online demo and it's great, but our company wants to build a large website with at least 50 pages and a lot of graphics. Will your product support that?

Question: Will we have our domain name? Where do we go for that? We would like to have something like www.ourcompanyname.com and that would certainly look a lot better on our stationary than a long and irrelevant URL similar to the one you have on the free demo.

Online Site Builder CANNOT be used and you won't be able to publish your website unless you HAVE a domain name hosted on our servers. If you already have a domain name, all you need to do is to transfer it's DNS to our's. Our DNS information is:

If you've never done a DNS transfer before, we will be happy to do it for you, free of charge. All we will need to perform this very simple step is the name of your domain registrar, and your user ID and password when you originally registered your domain name. Although domain name registration isn't included in any of our packages, we will be happy to register your .com, .net or .org or any other domain extension of your choice for you. The cost for this service is only $19.95 for a whole year, and can be paid at the same time you order Online Site Builder.

Question: What about updates to Site Builder? How will I know when there is a new release or improvements to the application?

Since Site Builder™ is an online service and not software that you need to puchase and install on your computer, it is always hosted on our systems. When a new release is available, we install it right away on our servers. That way, all our users are always assured of the latest version with all the added features. Currently, Site Builder is at the 3.0 version since August 2006.

Question: How come when I click on the order button, I get a message from PayPal that says "Make an instant payment to Avantex Hosting"? Why dosen't it say Online Site Builder?

Question: We want to purchase Site Builder, but we don't like to give our credit card number over the Internet. Is there another way we can do it?

Yes there is. We also accept company or personal checks, as well as bank drafts, Western Union payments and electronic transfer of funds (ETF). If you wish to use any of these methods, please contact us and we will give you the details on how to proceed. Note that if you already have a PayPal account, you don't have to give any of your credit card details. PayPal allows you to directly send money to other PayPal members without using your credit card. We have many companies and customers that pay directly through PayPal, and it's a system we like a lot, plus it's also very secure and fast.

Question: We already have our domain name but we still haven't built our site yet. We need to 'point' it to your correct DNS. What is it and, if we aren't able to do this, is there a charge if you do it for us?

Our correct DNS (domain name service) are:

ns1.netglobemedia.com     and      ns2.netglobemedia.com

There is no charge for us to correctly set your domain name to our servers. If that is what you wish, note that you will have to supply us with the name of your current domain name registrar where you registered your domain, your user ID and password. Once we've set it, you can go back and change your password at any time. Note that if you don't already have your domain name, we can register it for you. The cost is only $19.95 for a whole year, and you won't have to worry about DNS issues, since we will set it for you at the same time.
